Calvary
Baptist Church offers quality classes for children who are
beyond the nursery age. Statistics state that most people
make the decision to receive Christ as their Savior before
they reach age 13. For that reason, we believe it is important
to train the children to trust Christ as Saviour and to live
for Him.
Not
only do children learn the Bible, how to be saved, missionary
stories, Christian songs and hymns, but they learn principles
of character, patriotism, social skills, and how to live
the Christian life as well. Probably the most important
ingredient of the training program is that of having godly,
Spirit-filled teachers who love and care for the children
as if they were their own. Teachers use a variety of teaching
methods to teach and illustrate important truths that make
learning fun for the children.
In addition, Calvary Baptist Church offers classes
for all age groups. Sunday School begins at 9:45 every
Sunday. We would like to encourage you to attend if
you are not currently attending.
There are classes for every age group. Sunday School
is for everyone. During the summer months, Pastor
Lary Ball will be teaching a series of lessons to
a combined class on "The Providence of God."
The Spanish class still meets in the back classroom.
